An FSL report confirming 190ml of alcohol in Gadkar’s blood, six times more than the permissible limit, and an RTO report stating she was speeding at over 120kmph at the time of the accident are also part of it. Police have also included the scrape report from the FSL which is corroborating the fact that Gadkar's Audi car had rammed into Sayyed Hussain's taxi.
Besides, Gadkar's colleagues have given statements corroborating that she went to Hotel Marine Plaza and later Irish House at Fort and consumed alcohol. The CCTV footage and bank statements of card payments also corroborate the same. The Sabuwala family, which was travelling in the taxi, has also identified her as driving the Audi.
On June 8, a sozzled Gadkar drove along the wrong side of the Eastern express highway and rammed her Audi into a taxi coming from the opposite direction, killing a passenger Salim Sabuwala and the taxi driver Hussain Sayyed.
